Trim the chicken thighs if needed and place them in a gallon size plastic bag.
Add the chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sriracha to the bag. Massage the bag until the chicken is coated and marinate in the fridge overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium high. Grill the chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side or until they are above 165 degrees.
Serve with extra sweet chili sauce for dipping if desired.
