Equipment

  • Traeger/Pellet Grill

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds whole (not split) chicken wings
  • 2 1/2 Tbsps Nashville Hot dry seasoning
  • 2 Tbsps baking powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 6 Tbsps butter
  • 2 Tbsps honey

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken wings dry really well. Put them in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of the Nashville Hot seasoning, baking powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss until the wings are coated.
  • Set the Traeger to 400 degrees. Place the wings on the grate for 45 minutes to an hour, flipping halfway through. Check to make sure the internal temperature is above 165 degrees.
  • Put the butter, honey, and remaining 1/2 tablespoon Nashville Hot seasoning in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir a few times and remove from heat once melted.
  • Serve the wings with the spicy honey butter for dipping.
