8 to 16smoked garlic cloves (link to recipe in post above)
2tablespoonsfresh thyme leaves or chopped chives
2tablespoonslemon juice
2tspslemon zest
kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Put the butter into a food processor.
Add the smoked garlic cloves, thyme or chives, lemon juice, lemon zest, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Blend until smooth. Store the butter in a covered container in the refrigerator for a few days. Serve on grilled steak, potatoes, bread, and/or toss with pasta.
