Ingredients
  

  • cooking oil of choice
  • 1 onion diced
  • 6 to 7 cloves garlic minced
  • 16 ounces fresh chopped kale
  • kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (plus more to sprinkle over top)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the griddle to medium for several minutes. Add some cooking oil and the diced onion. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, flipping and turning with hibachi spatulas.
  • Add the minced garlic, kale, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, flipping with hibachi spatulas a few times.
  • Turn the heat off and add the lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Toss a few times until the cheese is melted and everything is combined. Sprinkle more parmesan over top if desired.
