1cupshredded cheese of choice (I used Mexican blend)
your favorite BBQ seasoning (I used Meat Church Honey Hog)
16slicesbacon (regular cut, not thick cut)
Instructions
Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise. Scrape the seeds and white ribs out with a spoon.Note: If you have sensitive skin gloves are recommended.
Put the cream cheese, shredded cheese and some BBQ seasoning in a bowl and mix together with a spoon.
Stuff the cheese mixture into the jalapeno halves. Wrap a slice of bacon around each one, overlapping slightly and sprinkle more BBQ seasoning over top.
Put the jalapenos in a smoker set to 250 degrees for 2 hours.Note: For crispier bacon turn the smoker up to 325 degrees for the last 10 minutes.
