Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar (plus more to toss in after smoking)
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup

Instructions

  • Put the butter, brown sugar, and light corn syrup in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it starts to bubble, cook 4 to 5 minutes whisking a few times.

  • Set the smoker or pellet grill to 225 degrees. Place the dish or foil pan on the smoker for 2 hours, tossing a few times.
  • When still hot toss in the melted chocolate, more brown sugar, and the remaining Heath bar bits. Let cool before serving.
