Traeger Old Bay Shrimp Boil
Set the Traeger or your smoker to 250 degrees. Once preheated, put the potatoes on the grill grate for 25 to 30 minutes.
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Cut the smoked sausage into 1 inch pieces. Cut each ear of corn into 3 pieces (a very sharp knife is a must).
Add the potatoes, shrimp, sausage, and corn to a sheet pan or foil pan along with the olive oil, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle with a little more Old Bay over top.
Place the pan on the grill grate for 45 to 55 minutes. Serve with parsley for garnish and with melted butter and/or Old Bay Aioli for dipping.
