Instructions
Put the pork tenderloin in a gallon size plastic bag. Add remaining ingredients and massage the bag until evenly combined. Marinate in the fridge several hours or overnight.
Set your smoker or pellet grill to 225 degrees. Place the pork right on the grill grate for 2 hours or until the internal temperature is 145 degrees, flipping halfway through. Brush several times with the remaining marinade during the last hour and a half.
Let it rest for a few minutes, slice and serve with rice, yum yum sauce, and sriracha if desired.
