Ingredients
  

Smoked Old Bay Shrimp

  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or finely minced garlic

Old Bay Aioli

  • 2/3 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic paste or finely minced garlic
  • a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce

Instructions
 

Smoked Old Bay Shrimp

  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and put them in a bowl. Add the Old Bay. lemon juice, and garlic. Toss until evenly mixed.
  • Set your smoker or pellet grill to 225 degrees. Put the shrimp on the grill grate for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve with the Old Bay Aioli for dipping.

Old Bay Aioli

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir until mixed. Store covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
