- 30 frozen meatballs slightly thawed
- 15 slices bacon cut in half
- 30 toothpicks
- BBQ seasoning
- BBQ sauce
Wrap each half slice of bacon around each meatball, overlapping slightly. Secure the bacon in place with a toothpick.
Season all sides with your BBQ seasoning.
Set your smoker or pellet grill to 250 degrees. Place the bacon wrapped meatballs directly on the grill grate.
Let these cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours, flipping them halfway through. Brush with BBQ during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Remove them when the bacon is cooked to your liking and let them cool slightly. Serve with a BBQ sauce for dipping.
