Instructions
Put the ground beef in a bowl.
Cut six slices of the cheese into smaller cubes and add those cubes to the bowl with the ground beef. Set the remaining slices aside to top the burgers.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and cooked and crumbled bacon to the ground beef and mix together with your hands. Form into six burger patties either by hand or with a burger press. Season both sides with kosher salt and pepper
Set the Traeger pellet grill to 300 degrees. Put the burgers on the grill grate for 9 to 11 minutes per side. Cook time will depend on how you like your burgers cooked and the thickness of your burgers.
Put the remaining six slices of cheese on the burgers during the last minute or two of cook time. Serve the burgers on hamburger buns and add optional toppings of choice.
