12ozjumbo lump crab (I used canned)drained

10 to 12jalapenos
Old Bay Aioli
1cupmayo
1 to 2tablespoonssriracha
1clovegarlicfinely minced
1tablespoonlemon juice
1tablespoonOld Bay seasoning
Instructions
Smoked Crab Cake Stuffed Jalapenos
Drizzle olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the peppers and onions. Season with kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the garlic, lemon juice, and Old Bay. Cook 1 more minute.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture come to room temp. Once at room temp gently fold in the crab meat, panko bread crumbs, and beaten eggs.
Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds and white ribs with a spoon. Fill each jalapeno half with the crab cake mixture and sprinkle more Old Bay seasoning over top.
Set the smoker or pellet grill to 250 degrees. Place the jalapenos on the grill or smoker grate for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve with the Old Bay Aioli if desired.
Old Bay Aioli
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve with the stuffed jalapenos.
