1/3 to 1/2cupwasabi sauce (or 1/2 to 1 tablespoon wasabi paste mixed with 1/3 cup mayo)
1/3cupsoy sauce
1/3cuphoney
3tablespoonsginger paste or grated ginger
1tablespoongarlic paste or minced garlic
Optional: sesame seeds or chives for garnish
Instructions
Pat the wings dry with paper towels and put them in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil and season with kosher salt and pepper and toss the wings until evenly coated.
Set your smoker or pellet grill to 250 degrees. Place the wings on the grate for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, flipping halfway through.
While the wings are on the smoker, put the wasabi sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes stirring a few times.
Brush the wings on all sides with the Wasabi Ginger sauce during the last 10 minutes on the smoker or pellet grill.
Serve the wings with any leftover Wasabi Ginger sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and/or chives if desired.
