broccolini
kosher salt, pepper

garlic paste or minced garlic

grated parmesan cheese

lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium low for several minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice, the broccolini, kosher salt, and pepper.
Cook 5 to 6 minutes turning and flipping the broccolini a few times.
Add the garlic, parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Cook 3 to 4 more minutes turning and flipping a few more times.
