Ingredients
  

  • cooking oil of choice
  • 2 bunches broccolini
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium low for several minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice, the broccolini, kosher salt, and pepper.
  • Cook 5 to 6 minutes turning and flipping the broccolini a few times.
  • Add the garlic, parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Cook 3 to 4 more minutes turning and flipping a few more times.
