Equipment

  • Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
  • Blackstone Griddle

Ingredients
  

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons cooking oil of choice
  • 1 pound green beans ends trimmed if needed
  • 2 red bell peppers sliced
  • kosher salt, pepper, all purpose or steak seasoning blend of choice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste or minced garlic
  • Optional: crumbled feta or goat cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium for several minutes.
  • Add your cooking oil of choice along with the trimmed green beans and sliced red peppers. Season with kosher salt, pepper, and your seasoning blend of choice.
  • Cook 7 to 8 minutes turning and flipping a few times with hibachi spatulas.
    Note: If you have a melting dome, place the veggies under the dome for a minute or two to steam them slightly, which will increase the cook time.
  • Add the garlic and cook another 2 to 4 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked how you prefer.
  • Taste for seasoning and add more kosher salt, pepper, and/or seasoning blend of choice. Remove from the griddle and serve with crumbled feta or goat cheese if desired.
