Instructions
Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium for several minutes.
Add your cooking oil of choice along with the trimmed green beans and sliced red peppers. Season with kosher salt, pepper, and your seasoning blend of choice.
Cook 7 to 8 minutes turning and flipping a few times with hibachi spatulas.Note: If you have a melting dome, place the veggies under the dome for a minute or two to steam them slightly, which will increase the cook time.
Add the garlic and cook another 2 to 4 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked how you prefer.
Taste for seasoning and add more kosher salt, pepper, and/or seasoning blend of choice. Remove from the griddle and serve with crumbled feta or goat cheese if desired.
