Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos

Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos is an easy griddle recipe for chicken tacos made even better with bacon and ranch for a simple dinner!

Equipment

  • Blackstone Griddle
  • Flat Top Grill/ Griddle

Ingredients
  

  • 6 to 8 slices bacon cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
  • kosher salt, pepper, dry ranch seasoning blend
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 soft taco size flour tortillas
  • Toppings of choice such as shredded lettuce, cheese, cilantro, jalapenos, avocado

Instructions
 

  • Preheat griddle to medium-low. Add bacon and cook 2 to 3 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.
  • Add chicken, kosher salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning. Cook 8 minutes on the griddle, mixing together with the bacon. Drizzle ranch over top and mix together during the last minute.
    Note: No need to add oil because of the bacon grease.
  • Place tortillas on griddle for a minute until warm. Serve chicken mixture in the tortillas with toppings of choice such as shredded lettuce, cheese, cilantro, jalapenos, and/or avocado if desired.
