- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 medium carrot grated
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon grated garlic or garlic paste
- cooking oil of choice
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings: spicy mayo, cilantro
In a bowl add the ground chicken, grated carrot, chopped green onion, hoisin sauce, and garlic. Lightly mix and combine with your hands until evenly mixed, form 4 burger patties.
Preheat your griddle to medium low/ medium. Add cooking oil of choice and the burger patties. Be careful as the chicken burger patties are delicate.
Cook 5 to 6 minutes per side. Place the buns on the griddle for a minute to toast them slightly.
Enjoy the chicken burgers on the warm buns topped with spicy mayo and cilantro.
