8hot dog buns
Toppings: sriracha, ketchup, hot honey, sriracha mayo, crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos
Instructions
Use your Slotdog (link to purchase in post above) according to the package directions to create crisscrosses on both sides of each hot dog. Or use a knife to create your own crisscrosses.
Preheat your griddle to medium low. Add some cooking oil and the hot dogs. Flip a few times as they cook for 5 minutes and sprinkle the sriracha seasoning on the hot dogs during the last half of cooking.
Place the hot dog buns on the griddle to toast them for a minute.
Serve with the hot dogs in the buns with toppings such as sriracha, ketchup, hot honey, sriracha mayo, and/or crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos.
