Blackstone Spicy Devil Dogs is a fun Halloween recipe for the griddle, a spicy red creation using my Slotdog to make the best hot dog around!

Equipment

  • Blackstone Griddle
  • Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
  • Slotdog

Ingredients
  

  • cooking oil of choice
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha seasoning blend (I used Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha seasoning)
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • Toppings: sriracha, ketchup, hot honey, sriracha mayo, crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos

Instructions
 

  • Use your Slotdog (link to purchase in post above) according to the package directions to create crisscrosses on both sides of each hot dog. Or use a knife to create your own crisscrosses.
  • Preheat your griddle to medium low. Add some cooking oil and the hot dogs. Flip a few times as they cook for 5 minutes and sprinkle the sriracha seasoning on the hot dogs during the last half of cooking.
  • Place the hot dog buns on the griddle to toast them for a minute.
  • Serve with the hot dogs in the buns with toppings such as sriracha, ketchup, hot honey, sriracha mayo, and/or crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos.
