Grilled Buffalo Chicken Thighs is an easy grilling recipe with a slight spicy kick, perfect dipped in ranch or top a buffalo chicken salad!

- 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- kosher salt, pepper
- Optional: more buffalo sauce, ranch
Put the chicken in a bowl or gallon size plastic bag. Add the garlic, buffalo sauce, pickle juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and pepper.
Mix together and marinate in the fridge for a few hours.
Preheat your grill to medium/ medium high heat for a few minutes. Grill the chicken 10 to 12 minutes total, flipping a few times.
Serve with more buffalo sauce and/or ranch for dipping.
