Smoked Bang Bang Chicken Bowls is a great, easy recipe for leftover smoked chicken with a homemade 3 ingredient bang bang sauce!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup mayo or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 to 3 cups cooked rice (I used 2 microwave rice pouches)
  • 1 1/2 cups leftover smoked, pulled chicken (many recipes in post above) warmed up
  • Optional: sesame seeds, green onions

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the mayo or yogurt, sweet Thai chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  • Divide the rice between two bowls and top each with the smoked chicken, bang bang sauce, and sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
    Note: You could also toss the chicken with some of the sauce before topping the rice bowls if desired.
