Bacon Cheeseburger Jalapeno Poppers
Bacon Cheeseburger Jalapeno Poppers start on the Blackstone griddle and finish in the Traeger pellet grill.
A great fusion recipe of two classics… bacon cheeseburger meets stuffed jalapeno!

How to make Bacon Cheeseburger Jalapeno Poppers
Start by cutting 10 to 12 jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise.
Use a spoon to scrape away the seeds and white parts.

Then preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat, or in a skillet works too but griddle cooking is just much more fun.
And add half pound of ground beef and your favorite burger seasoning.

I actually cooked up the whole pound of ground beef and used the leftovers to make cheeseburger quesadillas.

Put the half pound of cooked, seasoned ground beef in a bowl with a block of cream cheese, shredded cheese, chopped pickles, and a little more burger seasoning.

Mix together and stuff each jalapeno pepper half.

Then wrap each with a slice of regular cut bacon, overlapping the bacon slightly.

Next stop is the Traeger pellet grill!
Set it to 250 degrees and let them do their thing for 2 1/2 hours or until the bacon is cooked how you prefer.

Bacon Cheeseburger Jalapeno Poppers make the perfect game day snack or party appetizer!
