Blackstone Hoisin Chicken Burgers
A chicken burger on the griddle with an Asian spin, today I am sharing with you my recipe for Blackstone Hoisin Chicken Burgers!
You could easily make this burger with ground turkey, pork, or beef if preferred.
How to make Blackstone Hoisin Chicken Burgers
First put a pound of ground chicken in a bowl with grated carrot, garlic paste, green onion, and hoisin sauce.
Hoisin sauce can be easily found in the Asian section of most large grocery stores.

Mix together with your hands and form into 4 burger patties.

Then preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium low/ medium heat.
Add some cooking oil of choice along with your burger patties.

These will cook for about 5 to 6 minutes per side.

I toasted my burger buns on the griddle just for a minute to warm and toast them slightly.
Then transferred the chicken burgers to the buns.

And topped with some store bought spicy mayo and fresh cilantro.

Blackstone Hoisin Chicken Burgers
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 medium carrot grated
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon grated garlic or garlic paste
- cooking oil of choice
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings: spicy mayo, cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl add the ground chicken, grated carrot, chopped green onion, hoisin sauce, and garlic. Lightly mix and combine with your hands until evenly mixed, form 4 burger patties.
- Preheat your griddle to medium low/ medium. Add cooking oil of choice and the burger patties. Be careful as the chicken burger patties are delicate.
- Cook 5 to 6 minutes per side. Place the buns on the griddle for a minute to toast them slightly.
- Enjoy the chicken burgers on the warm buns topped with spicy mayo and cilantro.
