Blackstone Hibachi Garlic Ramen Noodles is a cheap and easy side dish recipe, or add protein of choice for a complete meal on the griddle!

- 3 packs Ramen noodles
- cooking oil of choice
- 1 onion diced
- 5 to 7 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped cilantro or green onions
- Optional: sesame seeds, yum yum sauce, sriracha
Discard the flavor packet in the ramen noodles. Boil the noodles according to packaged directions, drain and rinse very well with cold water.
Preheat the griddle to medium for several minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice along with the diced onion. Cook 2 to 3 minutes stirring and flipping with your hibachi spatulas.
Add the garlic and cook for about 45 seconds and then add the cooked noodles, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, butter, and eggs.
Cook the noodles 4 to 5 minutes, stirring and flipping several times with the hibachi spatulas and mixing everything together.
Add the fresh cilantro or green onions and cook 1 to 2 more minutes. Taste for seasoning and add more hoisin and/or soy sauce if needed. Serve with sesame seeds, yum yum sauce, and/or sriracha if desired.
