Blackstone Hibachi Garlic Ramen Noodles
Blackstone hibachi garlic ramen noodles is not meant to be anything fancy schmancy, but rather my goal was a very simple, cheap, and easy side dish recipe for the griddle.
Of course it could be a vegetarian meal, or you could easily add a protein of choice if you’d like.
Ramen is cheap comfort food for most of us, and this recipe kind of livens it up a bit.
Instead of being served in a broth, we are enjoying these familiar noodles stir fried with some extra flavor on the griddle.
How to make Blackstone hibachi garlic ramen noodles
First boil 3 packages of ramen noodles according to the package directions.
You can throw away the flavor package, we will not be needing that.
And make sure you rinse them very well with cold water and place them on a tray.
Put the other ingredients on the tray and head out to the Blackstone griddle.
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium for several minutes.
Then add some cooking oil of choice along with a diced onion.
Cook the onion for about 3 to 4 minutes flipping and turning with your hibachi spatulas.
Next add a good amount of minced garlic and cook for about 45 seconds.
Then add the cooked ramen noodles, 2 tablespoons each of hoisin sauce and soy sauce, 2 eggs, and some butter.
Cook this for about 5 to 6 minutes, stirring and flipping everything together with your hibachi spatulas.
Finally add some freshly chopped cilantro or green onions and cook another minute or two.
Taste for seasoning and add more hoisin sauce and/or soy sauce if desired.
My favorite part of the noodles are the pieces that get slightly crisp thanks to the hot griddle.
Whether this is dinner or a side dish, these Blackstone hibachi garlic ramen noodles are a big, cozy bowl of comfort 🙂
You can top your noodles with sesame seeds, yum yum sauce, and/or sriracha if desired.
