Blackstone Griddle
Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
- 6 slices bacon cut into bite size pieces
- 4 eggs
- kosher salt, pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (13.8-ounce) tube pizza dough/ crust
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
Preheat griddle to medium low and add bacon. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times. Remove bacon and scrape most of the bacon grease.
Crack eggs on the griddle, season with salt and pepper, and cook about 1 minute per side. Remove from griddle.
Add butter and once melted unroll the pizza dough to lay flat on the griddle for 2 minutes, then flip. Drizzle syrup on crust, add cheese, sprinkle bacon, and place the eggs over top.
Cover with 9x13 foil pan or lid for 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is cooked through. Check bottom of crust a few times and lower heat or turn griddle off if browning too fast.
