1packageStonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 come in a package)
olive oil
3/4 to 1cuppizza sauce
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning, garlic powder
Optional toppings: banana peppers, diced tomatoes, pepperoni, really any other toppings you like
Instructions
Lay the bacon slices on the cold griddle, then turn it on and set to medium low. Cook the bacon, flipping a few times, until it's done how you like. Remove it and set aside.
Scrape the excess bacon grease and put the flatbreads on the griddle, top side down, for about a minute. Then flip them.
Add a little olive oil to the flatbreads and spread the pizza sauce around with the olive oil, add the cheese, crumble the bacon over top, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and add any other toppings of choice.
Cover the pizzas with a melting dome until the cheese melts, I covered mine one at a time. Remove once the cheese is melted and bottom crust is crisped how you prefer.Note: The bottom crust may be slightly black because of the cooked bacon grease, but that doesn't mean they will taste burnt.
