Blackstone Bacon Naan Flatbreads
What to make for dinner when you reaaaallllly don’t feel like cooking dinner?! Might I suggest this easy griddle recipe for Blackstone Bacon Naan Flatbreads?!
I keep these Stonefire Naan Flatbreads on hand, sometimes even freeze them, for just this occasion.
And who doesn’t love a simple pizza night at home, right?!
Plus, making dinner outside on the Blackstone griddle or flat top grill somehow feels less like cooking being a chore, and more of a fun experience.
How to make Blackstone Bacon Naan Flatbreads
First place a few bacon slices on the cold griddle.
Then set it over medium low heat.
And cook the bacon, flipping a few times.
I didn’t put an exact time on the bacon, just remove it from the griddle when it’s done how you prefer.
Then scrape the griddle and remove most of the excess bacon grease.
And place the two naan flatbreads on the griddle for a minute before flipping them.
Drizzle a little olive oil and pizza sauce on each crust and spread until even (or even-ish in my case 😉 ).
And top with some shredded mozzarella cheese, or any cheese that you like.
Crumble the bacon over top and add any other toppings you like.
I opted for some banana peppers.
But you can get as creative as you like with your pizza night!
A sprinkle of Italian seasoning and garlic powder, and cover them with a melting dome until the cheese melts.
Both of mine did not fit under my dome, so I did them one at a time.
Once the cheese is melted, remove your Blackstone Bacon Naan Flatbreads and enjoy!
Check the crust to make sure it’s crisped how your prefer also.
The bottom of your crust may have a black color, but only because of the bacon grease on the griddle.
Did not affect the taste of ours at all, if anything it added even more flavor.

Blackstone Bacon Naan Flatbreads
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 slices bacon
- 1 package Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 come in a package)
- olive oil
- 3/4 to 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning, garlic powder
- Optional toppings: banana peppers, diced tomatoes, pepperoni, really any other toppings you like
Instructions
- Lay the bacon slices on the cold griddle, then turn it on and set to medium low. Cook the bacon, flipping a few times, until it's done how you like. Remove it and set aside.
- Scrape the excess bacon grease and put the flatbreads on the griddle, top side down, for about a minute. Then flip them.
- Add a little olive oil to the flatbreads and spread the pizza sauce around with the olive oil, add the cheese, crumble the bacon over top, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and add any other toppings of choice.
- Cover the pizzas with a melting dome until the cheese melts, I covered mine one at a time. Remove once the cheese is melted and bottom crust is crisped how you prefer.Note: The bottom crust may be slightly black because of the cooked bacon grease, but that doesn't mean they will taste burnt.
