Equipment

  • Blackstone Griddle
  • Flat Top Grill/ Griddle

Ingredients

  • 1 pound angel hair pasta (or pasta of choice)
  • 1 1/2 cups mayo
  • 1 1/2 cups sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 3 to 5 tablespoons sriracha (more or less according to spice preference)
  • cooking oil of choice
  • 1 onion diced
  • 6 to 8 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 pounds seafood of choice (I used shrimp and lobster) cut lobster into bite size pieces
  • kosher salt, pepper, Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Optional: lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Boil the pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and rinse well with cold water.
  • Put the mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl, mix until combined. Prepare the other ingredients, put everything on a tray, and head out to the griddle.
  • Preheat the griddle to medium heat for several minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice and the diced onion. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, then add the garlic, seafood, kosher salt, pepper, and Old Bay. Cook 2 more minutes, mixing with hibachi spatulas.
  • Add the cooked pasta, a little more than half of the bang bang sauce, more kosher salt, pepper, and Old Bay. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on the griddle, mixing and flipping with the spatulas. Add the green onions and lemon and cook another minute.
  • Taste for seasoning and add more Old Bay if needed. Serve with the remaining bang bang sauce drizzled over top and lemon wedges if desired..
