Blackstone Bang Bang Seafood Pasta
Blackstone Bang Bang Seafood Pasta is one of those recipes that seems crazy, but it just works!
This complete dinner made on the griddle feeds a lot of people too, which is always a bonus.
And even if you’re not cooking for a crowd, leftovers are even better the next day 🙂
You could certainly make this recipe in a large skillet, but the seasoned griddle brings a little extra flavor.
And the pasta gets slightly crispy in some places that I just love.
How to make Blackstone Bang Bang Seafood Pasta
For the bang bang sauce you’ll need mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, and sriracha.
Now this is the only recipe I’ve ever mixed mayo and pasta (hence why I called this crazy 😉 ).
But trust me, I pinky promise it’s incredible!
I went with angel hair pasta that I boiled, drained, and rinsed with cold water.
And for the seafood I used some lobster and shrimp.
Prep all of your ingredients and place on a tray, as I recommend for any time you cook on the Blackstone Griddle or flat top grill.
First preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then add some cooking oil of choice and a diced onion.
Cook the onion 2 to 3 minutes, then add minced garlic and 1 1/2 pounds of seafood.
Season with kosher salt, pepper, and Old Bay.
And cook 2 minutes, flipping with the hibachi spatulas.
Then add the cooked pasta and a little over half of the bang bang sauce.
Also season with more kosher salt, pepper, and Old Bay.
Use the hibachi spatulas to mix everything together and cook 4 to 5 minutes.
Finally add some lemon juice and a bunch of sliced green onions.
Another minute or two on the griddle and dinner is ready!
Drizzle the rest of the bang bang sauce over Blackstone Bang Bang Seafood Pasta and serve with lemon to squeeze over top 🙂
