1cupcooked birria meat (recipe to my homemade birria in post above)
Optional toppings: cilantro, hot sauce, pickled red onions
Instructions
Preheat your griddle to medium/ medium low heat. Spray cooking spray and place the wonton halves on the griddle. Season with taco seasoning and cook 3 to 5 minutes, flipping a few times.
Add some cheese and birria meat to each wonton chip. Remove once cheese is melted (use a melting dome to speed up the melting if you'd like) and add cilantro, hot sauce, and pickled red onions if desired.Note: These are best eaten right away.
