Blackstone Birria Wonton Nachos
I made a BIG Crock Pot of Homemade Birria, so making these Blackstone Birria Wonton Nachos was super easy with the meat already done!
Meal planning means thinking ahead… so I planned to make this dish, Birria Pierogies, plus some Birria Breakfast Quesadillas with alllll that meat.
And yes, this was our fun snacky-type dinner on the patio, but you could also serve as an appetizer or game day snack.

How to make Blackstone Birria Wonton Nachos
First preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium/ medium low heat.
Then add some cooking oil of your choice, I am using this spray oil for these.

Then place some wonton wrappers that have been cut in half diagonally.
I seasoned mine with taco seasoning as well.
Just flip them for a few minutes until they are golden brown and crisp.

Then add cheese of choice and some of the birria meat.

Cover with a melting dome or lid until the cheese is melted.
You could turn your griddle off while melting.

Add toppings of choice to your Blackstone Birria Wonton Nachos 🙂
We went with cilantro, hot sauce, and I added pickled red onions to mine.
