Ingredients
  

  • cooking oil of choice
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups buffalo wing sauce
  • 8 1.375 ounce bags Fritos
  • Toppings of choice such as lettuce, cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes. Add some cooking oil and the diced onion. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, mixing a few times with hibachi spatulas.
  • Add the garlic, ground chicken, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, breaking apart the chicken and mixing with hibachi spatulas.
  • Add the buffalo sauce and cook for another 2 minutes, mixing together a few times. Remove the chicken from the griddle.
  • Serve the walking tacos by opening the bags of Fritos, scoop some of the buffalo chicken into each bag and top with lettuce. cheese, sour cream, and/or jalapenos if desired. Eat with a fork right out of the bag.
