Blackstone Buffalo Chicken Walking Tacos
Blackstone Buffalo Chicken Walking Tacos is a fun camping or game day recipe for the griddle or flat top grill!
Or heck, you could totally serve this as dinner if you want some bonus “cool parent” points with the kiddos!
The buffalo chicken cooks up in no time on the Blackstone griddle.
And then all you have to do is set up a walking taco bar with Fritos and toppings 🙂
How to make Blackstone Buffalo Chicken Walking Tacos
First preheat your griddle or flat top grill to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then add some cooking oil of choice and a diced onion.
Cook the onion for a few minutes, mixing and flipping with hibachi spatulas.
Then add some minced garlic, a pound of ground chicken, kosher salt, and pepper.
Cook the chicken about 4 to 5 minutes, using the hibachi spatulas to break apart the chicken as it cooks on the griddle.
Next add 1 1/4 cup of your favorite buffalo wing sauce.
Cook another 2 minutes or so on the griddle, mixing it all together until evenly combined.
Put the ground buffalo chicken in a bowl or on a tray.
Then set up a walking taco bar with individual bags of Fritos.
And toppings such as shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and/or jalapenos.
Everyone can make their own Blackstone Buffalo Chicken Walking Tacos with toppings of choice!
Then grab a fork and dig in… plus no dirty plates when eating right out of a bag 🙂
Such a fun spin on regular walking tacos with a spicy buffalo twist.
