Equipment

  • Blackstone Griddle
  • Flat Top Grill/ Griddle

Ingredients

  • cooking oil of choice
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen French fries thawed
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • kosher salt, pepper, burger seasoning blend
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 12 pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup tartar sauce (optional, I wanted mine to be like a Big Boy or use another burger sauce of choice)
  • 4 extra-large burrito size flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Preheat griddle to medium. Add some cooking oil and French fries, cook 8 to 12 minutes, flipping a few times. Remove once crisped how you prefer.
Note: You can also cook the fries in the air fryer if desired.
  • Add ground beef to the griddle and cook 6 to 7 minutes, breaking apart with spatulas and season with kosher salt, pepper, and burger seasoning. Lower griddle heat to medium low once beef is cooked.
  • Lay the tortillas flat (I warmed mine on the griddle for a few seconds to make them more pliable).
Add some ground beef to the center of each tortilla and add cheese, lettuce, pickles, tartar sauce if using or burger sauce of choice, and a few fries. Fold the sides in and over the toppings a few times like a crunch wrap, overlapping slightly.
  • Add some cooking oil and place the wraps seam side down for about 2 minutes per side or until crispy golden brown.
