Blackstone Burger and French Fry Wraps
I was looking for a twist on a copycat Taco Bell Crunch Wrap, so I created these Blackstone Burger and French Fry Wraps on the griddle.
We had leftover tartar sauce from making Blackstone Big Boy Smash Burgers, so I used it in these wraps.
But really any burger sauce of choice will work.
How to make Blackstone Burger and French Fry Wraps
I made some frozen fries on the griddle, but you could opt to air fry them instead.
Thaw first if griddling, set the Blackstone to medium, and add some cooking oil of choice.
Then toss them for 8 to 12 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your fries.
Set the fries aside and add a pound of ground beef.
Season with kosher salt, pepper, and a burger seasoning blend.
Cook 6 to 7 minutes and break the beef apart with your spatulas.
Next set up a wrap making station.
I set mine up right on the griddle with my Blackstone cutting board.
Warm the extra-large tortillas on the griddle for a moment to make them pliable.
Then add some burger meat in the center, a slice of cheese, burger sauce of choice, lettuce, pickles, and a few fries.
Then fold the sides in over the filling a few times, overlapping slightly.
Place them on the Blackstone set to medium low for about 2 minutes per side.
I added a little cooking oil first.
So golden brown and slightly crisp on the outside.
Blackstone Burger and French Fry Wraps were SOOOO good I forgot to take an actual picture after they were done 😉
So, this screenshot of me holding them in my TikTok video will have to do for now until I make them again.

Blackstone Burger and French Fry Wraps
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- cooking oil of choice
- 1 1/2 cups frozen French fries thawed
- 1 pound ground beef
- kosher salt, pepper, burger seasoning blend
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 12 pickle slices
- 1/2 cup tartar sauce (optional, I wanted mine to be like a Big Boy or use another burger sauce of choice)
- 4 extra-large burrito size flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat griddle to medium. Add some cooking oil and French fries, cook 8 to 12 minutes, flipping a few times. Remove once crisped how you prefer.Note: You can also cook the fries in the air fryer if desired.
- Add ground beef to the griddle and cook 6 to 7 minutes, breaking apart with spatulas and season with kosher salt, pepper, and burger seasoning. Lower griddle heat to medium low once beef is cooked.
- Lay the tortillas flat (I warmed mine on the griddle for a few seconds to make them more pliable). Add some ground beef to the center of each tortilla and add cheese, lettuce, pickles, tartar sauce if using or burger sauce of choice, and a few fries. Fold the sides in and over the toppings a few times like a crunch wrap, overlapping slightly.
- Add some cooking oil and place the wraps seam side down for about 2 minutes per side or until crispy golden brown.
