Blackstone Parmesan Ranch Seasoning blend (or similar seasoning blend)
1(11.15-ounce)Chopped Caesar Salad Kit (I used Taylor Farms)
8hot dog buns (I used the larger Brioche buns)

Instructions
Use your Slotdog (link to purchase in post above) according to the package directions to create crisscrosses on both sides of each hot dog. Or use a knife to create your own crisscrosses.
Preheat your griddle to medium low. Add some cooking oil and the hot dogs. Flip a few times as they cook for 5 minutes and sprinkle some Parmesan Ranch (or seasoning blend of choice) on the hot dogs during the last half of cooking.
Assemble the salad kit with the dressing and toppings packets. Place the hot dog buns on the griddle to toast them for a minute.
Add some of the Caesar salad to each bun and top with a hot dog. Squeeze the lemon over top of each before serving.
