Blackstone Caesar Salad Slotdogs
This is not your boring hot dogs for dinner kind of meal, no way… these are elevated Blackstone Caesar Salad Slotdogs!
You can order your Slotdog from Amazon… or use a knife to try and create the crisscrosses that get those hot dogs nice and crisp and allows space for extra flavor.

How to make Blackstone Caesar Salad Slotdogs
First use your Slotdog to create those crisscrosses on both sides of an 8-pack of hot dogs.

It’s super easy!

Then preheat your griddle to medium-low heat.
While my Blackstone was warming up, I assembled a Chopped Caesar salad kit from Taylor Farms with the dressing and topping packets.

Add some cooking oil to your Blackstone and the Slotdogs.
They will cook for about 5 minutes total, flipping them a few times.
During the last half of cooking sprinkle some dry ranch seasoning, or in my case I used the Blackstone Parmesan Ranch seasoning.

And you gotta toast those hot dog buns for a minute as well 🙂
I used the larger Brioche buns for this dish.

Fill the buns with the prepared Caesar salad that already has the dressing mixed together and top each with a seasoned hot dog.

An absolute MUST is to squeeze a lemon wedge over Blackstone Caesar Salad Slotdogs before digging in 🙂
