kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat the griddle to medium low heat. Add the bacon pieces and cook for a minute.
Add the asparagus next to the bacon (use hibachi spatulas to scoot some of the bacon grease over to the asparagus). Season the asparagus lightly with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook the bacon and asparagus 7 to 8 more minutes, turning/ flipping both. Combine them together and add the mozzarella cheese over top. Turn off the griddle until the cheese melts.
