Blackstone Griddle
Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
- 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen fries of choice (I used waffle fries)
- 8 to 10 slices bacon
- 1 jar nacho cheese sauce warm
- chopped pickles
Cook the fries according to the package directions in the oven or air fryer, or you can cook them on the griddle by preheating it to medium, add cooking oil of choice and lay the fries in a single layer. Cook until crispy and flip them a few times.
Set griddle heat over medium low. Use kitchen scissors to cut the bacon into bite size pieces and cook the bacon on your griddle 7 to 9 minutes, mixing a few times with spatulas.
Place the fries on a baking sheet, tray, or basket. Drizzle the warm cheese over top and add the cooked bacon and pickles. Enjoy right away!
