Blackstone Cheesy Bacon Pickle Fries
Blackstone Cheesy Bacon Pickle Fries is a game day snack recipe for your griddle, inspired by Pittsburgh and their love of fries and pickles!
You see, I have been creating game day snacks each week… one representing my Cincinnati Bengals and the other for their rivals of the week.
So when Cincinnati played the Steelers, this was my snack to rep Pittsburgh.
Since I was using my griddle already, that’s where I made these but you could easily make them by cooking the bacon in a skillet.

How to make Blackstone Cheesy Bacon Pickle Fries
Cook a bag of frozen fries according to the package directions in the oven or air fryer.
I used waffle fries, but use any cut of fries you like.
Or you can cook them on the Blackstone griddle by preheating it to medium, add cooking oil of choice, and lay the fries in a single layer.
Cook until crispy and flip them a few times.

Set griddle heat over medium low for the bacon.
Use kitchen scissors to cut the bacon into bite size pieces and cook the bacon on your griddle 7 to 9 minutes, mixing a few times with spatulas.
I also poured my nacho cheese into a foil container and warmed it up on the griddle.

Now we assemble this yumminess!

Place the fries on a large baking sheet, tray, or basket.
Drizzle the warm nacho cheese over top and add the cooked bacon and pickles.

Enjoy Blackstone Cheesy Bacon Pickle Fries right away and with plenty of napkins!

These were my two loaded fries, both made on the griddle… one for Pittsburgh and one for Cincinnati!
