Blackstone Griddle
Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
- 1 1/2 pounds steak of choice (sirloin, ribeye, flatiron, NY strip steak)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- kosher salt, pepper, steak seasoning blend
- 4 ears corn on the cob shucked
- cooking oil of choice (I used olive oil)
- 3 to 4 store bought salad kits of choice (I used Taylor Farms Steakhouse Chopped salad kits)
- 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
Cut the steak into inch cubes and place in a bowl. Add the Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning. Toss until mixed.
Brush the corn with some of the cooking oil and season with kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.
Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice and the corn. Cook the corn 4 to 5 minutes, then add the steak bites (add more cooking oil if needed).
Continue cooking the corn, turning a few times, and the steak bites, flipping with hibachi spatulas a few times for 6 to 8 more minutes.
Cut the kernels off the corn. Assemble the salad kits according to the bag directions with the included toppings and dressing packet. Top the salads with the steak, corn, and shredded cheese.
