Blackstone Chopped Steak Salads
Blackstone Chopped Steak Salads is such an easy and healthy recipe for the griddle or flat top grill!
One way I know I can get my family on board with salads for dinner is by adding steak 😉
Simply seasoned steak bites and corn on the cob cook in just minutes on the griddle.
Then served with store bought salad kits to make dinner insanely simple!
You can use any flavor of salad kits, I went with the chopped steakhouse kits.
The dressing and toppings are included and the salad is all washed and chopped 🙂
How to make Blackstone Chopped Steak Salads
I have some ribeye steaks, corn on the cob, some steak seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
And a few salad kits and some extra cheese for the salads.

First cut 1 1/2 pounds of steak into cubes.
I actually have more steak, planning ahead to pack some for my husband’s lunch.
Then add some Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning of choice.

Brush some cooking oil on the corn and season those as well with kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.
Next toss the steak bites until evenly coated.

Preheat the griddle or flat top grill to medium heat for a few minutes.
And add some cooking oil along with the corn.
Cook the corn by itself for 4 to 5 minutes, turning a few times.

Then add more cooking oil and the seasoned steak bites.
And cook the steak and corn for 6 to 8 more minutes.

Turn the corn and flip the steak bites a few times.

Once the steak and corn are done, let them cool slightly while you prepare the salad kits.
Also, cut the kernels off the cob.

No one would guess from looking that these Blackstone Chopped Steak Salads were SO easy to make!
You could easily meal prep these salads, just put the dressing or any crunchy topping on the side.
