Blackstone Griddle
Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard (plus 1 tablespoon)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- kosher salt, pepper
- 6 frozen soft pretzels thawed (I did not use the salt packet)
- 1 cup diced deli ham
- 1 cup cooked, shredded pulled pork
- 2 to 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese (mine was actually a blend of Swiss and gruyere)
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- Optional: Blackstone Dill Pickle Chicken seasoning
Mix together the mayo and 1/3 cup of the Dijon mustard. Set aside as the dipping sauce. In another small bowl, mix together the butter, remaining tablespoon of Dijon mustard, kosher salt, and pepper.
Preheat your griddle to medium/ medium low and place the pretzels, top side down, for 2 minutes. Put the ham and pork on an empty griddle space and mix together with spatulas a few times.
Flip the pretzels over and brush with the butter mixture. Sprinkle the cheese over each pretzel and top with the ham, pork, pickles, and pickle seasoning if using or a little more kosher salt and pepper.
Cover with a melting dome or lid. Squirt some water on the griddle right before covering to create steam.
Once the cheese is melted, serve with the mayo/ mustard dipping sauce.
