Blackstone Cuban Loaded Pretzels
Blackstone Cuban Loaded Pretzels is a flat top griddle twist on a Cuban sandwich… a game day, camping, or fun dinner recipe!
This was part of my game day snack series, so I made these for the Miami Dolphins and a pizza loaded pretzel for the Cincinnati Bengals at the same time on the griddle.

How to make Blackstone Cuban Loaded Pretzels
Mix together some mayo and Dijon mustard and set that aside for the dipping sauce.
In another small bowl, mix together some melted butter, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, and pepper.
Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium/ medium low and place some frozen soft pretzels, top side down, for 2 minutes.
I did let my pretzels thaw first.
Put some chopped ham and pulled pork on an empty griddle space and mix them together with spatulas a few times.

Flip the pretzels over and brush them with the butter mixture.

Sprinkle Swiss cheese over each pretzel and top with the ham, pork, chopped pickles, and Blackstone Dill Pickle seasoning if you have it… or a little more kosher salt and pepper.

Cover the pretzels with a melting dome or lid.
Squirt some water on the griddle right before covering to create steam.

Once the cheese is melted, serve with the mayo/ mustard dipping sauce.

Blackstone Cuban Loaded Pretzels is a rip it and dip it kind of situation!
