Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or dried herbs of choice (I used fresh thyme and dill)
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • cooking oil of choice
  • Optional: remoulade sauce or seafood sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Pat the shrimp dry very well with paper towels and put them in a bowl.
  • Add the melted butter, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic, fresh or dried herbs, and Old Bay seasoning. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
  • Preheat the griddle to medium heat for several minutes. Once hot, add some cooking oil of choice and place the shrimp in a single layer on the griddle.
  • Cook the shrimp about 5 minutes total, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve with remoulade sauce or seafood sauce if desired.
