Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Crusted Shrimp
A simple recipe for a light seafood dinner is what I have for you today… Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Crusted Shrimp!
Serve as a complete meal with some added side dishes, or this can easily be a nice snack or appetizer.
We dipped ours in a garlic parmesan sauce, but a store bought remoulade or seafood sauce would also be great for dipping!
This recipe is also keto and low carb approved if you’re into that 🙂

How to make Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Crusted Shrimp
I am starting with a pound of shrimp that have been peeled and deveined.
If you are serving more than a few, this recipe can easily be doubled!
Pat the shrimp dry very well to help the seasoning stick.
And put the shrimp in a bowl.
Then add some melted butter, lemon juice, fresh minced garlic, some fresh or dried herbs, and grated parmesan cheese.
Also some Old Bay seasoning, which has plenty of salt so need to add that.
For the herbs, I had some fresh rosemary, thyme, and dill growing in my garden.
But some dried thyme, dill, or even an Italian seasoning blend will work too if you don’t have fresh.
Toss in the bowl until the shrimp are evenly coated and head to the griddle 🙂
Preheat your Blackstone griddle or flat top grill to medium heat for several minutes.
And add some cooking oil of choice and place the shrimp in a single layer on the griddle.
They will cook for about 5 minutes total, flipping halfway through.
Ahhhh, the golden color on these Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Crusted Shrimp is gorgeous!
SOOO much flavor in these little shrimp!
