Optional: mini naan bread, shredded lettuce, feta cheese
Instructions
Preheat your griddle to medium heat. Add cooking oil, chicken, tomatoes, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook 5 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.
Add garlic, oregano, and paprika. Cook 4 more minutes, mixing with spatulas. Add lemon juice and mix together, cooking another minute.
Serve with tzatziki sauce for dipping or serve gyro style served in mini naan bread topped with the tzatziki, lettuce, and/or feta cheese.Note: If serving in naan bread, warm them on the griddle for a few seconds.
