- 1 pound ground chicken
- 3 tablespoons harissa spread (not harissa paste)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- kosher salt, pepper
- cooking oil of choice
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: tzatziki, fresh cilantro, pickled red onions
Put chicken in a bowl with the harissa spread, feta cheese, kosher salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands until combined and form into 4 burger patties.
Preheat griddle to medium low. Add some cooking oil and the burgers. Cook 10 to 12 minutes total, flipping a few times.
During the last minute, place burger buns cut side down on the griddle until warm and toasty.
Assemble burgers by placing chicken burger on bottom bun, add optional toppings such as tzatziki, cilantro, and/or pickled red onions before adding top bun.
