Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 3 tablespoons harissa spread (not harissa paste)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • cooking oil of choice
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: tzatziki, fresh cilantro, pickled red onions

Instructions
 

  • Put chicken in a bowl with the harissa spread, feta cheese, kosher salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands until combined and form into 4 burger patties.
  • Preheat griddle to medium low. Add some cooking oil and the burgers. Cook 10 to 12 minutes total, flipping a few times.
  • During the last minute, place burger buns cut side down on the griddle until warm and toasty.
  • Assemble burgers by placing chicken burger on bottom bun, add optional toppings such as tzatziki, cilantro, and/or pickled red onions before adding top bun.
