Blackstone Harissa Chicken Burgers
Harissa is a Moroccan chili mixture, slightly spicy and super flavorful. And it’s what turns these Blackstone Harissa Chicken Burgers from ordinary to extraordinary.
For this recipe I am using Harissa sauce or spread, and not harissa paste (which is a lot stronger in flavor).
There are some optional toppings that I think can make a big difference such as cilantro, tzatziki, and pickled red onions.
Everyone in my family topped theirs differently but I thought mine was the best 😉

How to make Blackstone Harissa Chicken Burgers
First put a pound of ground chicken into a bowl with 3 tablespoons harissa sauce, some crumbled feta, kosher salt, and pepper.

Mix this together with your hands and form into 4 burger patties.

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium low.
Then add cooking oil of choice and the chicken burgers.
A spatula works, but I just turned my parchment paper over and plopped them down all at once.

These will cook 10 to 12 minutes total, flipping them a few times.

During the last minute you can place your buns, cut side down, on the griddle for a few seconds to warm and toast them.

Now it’s time to assemble the burgers!

I left 3 plain for my family and added tzatziki and pickled red onions to mine.

Some fresh cilantro also!
In my opinion, that’s the way to do it 🙂

Blackstone Harissa Chicken Burgers were a nice, simple way to make burger night feel unique and out of our norm.
