Equipment

  • Blackstone Griddle
  • Flat Top Grill/ Griddle

Ingredients

  • cooking oil of choice
  • 8 ounces steak diced
  • 8 ounces chicken diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 8 ounces shrimp diced
  • teriyaki sauce of choice (I used Blackstone Mandarin Teriyaki sauce)
  • 1 (22-ounce) package frozen waffle fries thawed
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheese of choice (I used shredded quesadilla cheese)
  • Optional toppings: yum yum sauce, more teriyaki, sriracha, sesame seeds, green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat your griddle to medium heat. Add cooking oil of choice, steak, chicken, garlic, ginger, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 3 minutes, mixing a few times.
  • Add shrimp and some teriyaki sauce, cook 3 to 4 more minutes mixing with spatulas. Remove or scoot to edge of griddle.
  • You can cook your fries in the oven or air fryer, or add more cooking oil to your griddle and the fries in a single layer. Cook about 8 minutes, flipping a few times. Season with kosher salt and pepper if desired.
  • Transfer fries to a baking sheet and place the baking sheet on the griddle. Top the fries in layers with cheese, hibachi steak chicken and shrimp, more cheese. Cover with your griddle lid or melting dome until cheese is melted.
  • Add toppings of choice such as yum yum sauce, more teriyaki sauce, sriracha, sesame seeds, and/or green onions.
